Our goal is for your ZQuiet experience to exceed your expectations. And, although we strive for a 100% satisfaction rate, we realize that ZQuiet may not be the perfect solution for everyone. If your snoring has not improved within the 30 day trial period by using ZQuiet, simply call ZQuiet customer service to obtain an RMA number. As long as the RMA was requested prior to the end of the 30-day trial, you will not be charged the $59.95 fee for device at the end of the trial period (S&P fees are non-refundable).
