• How well do oral mouthpieces work?
• The sleep clinics that prescribe anti-snoring mouthpieces to their patients report a 94% success rate. Individual results may vary.
• What does it mean to be FDA Cleared?
• All oral anti-snoring devices are regulated by the FDA and must meet their requirements. Products that have not been cleared could be counterfeit and are illegally sold. In order to receive FDA Clearance, a product must undergo very strict consumer safety testing. ZQuiet is FDA Cleared.
• How long after starting use does the ZQuiet take affect?
• You should expect to see results the very first night you use it.
• Is there any setup involved?
• There is no setup involved. You can simply take it out of the case and use it.
• What guarantees do I have that ZQuiet works?
• If you are not completely satisfied within the 30 day trial period, you will not be charged for ZQuiet. Simply call ZQuiet customer service to obtain an RMA number. As long as the RMA was requested prior to the end of the 30-day trial, you will not be charged the $59.95 fee for device at the end of the trial period. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
• How long will my ZQuiet mouthpiece last?
• It depends on the individual, but many customers find that ZQuiet lasts for many months of nightly use.
• Can I breath through my mouth while wearing a ZQuiet?
• Yes! Unlike some stop-snoring devices, ZQuiet lets you breathe completely naturally, through your mouth and nose. We recommend you do not buy any device that restricts breathing through your mouth or nose.
• Can I open and close my mouth while wearing a ZQuiet?
• Yes, thanks to our patent-pending "Living Hinge" technology! Opening and closing your mouth while sleeping is a natural process. and the ZQuiet "Living Hinge" provides comfortable jaw mobility. Many customers appreciate the fact that they can even talk or take a drink without having to remove the mouthpiece.
• Is the ZQuiet mouthpiece hard to fit?
• ZQuiet was specially designed to fit nearly everyone. No boiling or molding is required—just use it exactly as provided. If needed, you can trim your ZQuiet with small scissors to improve fit and comfort. After trimming, use a fingernail file or emery board to smooth any rough edges and avoid irritation to the gums.
• What material is Zquiet made from and is it safe?
• Zquiet is made from a thermoplastic elastomer designed for FDA compliance. The material has passed rigorous consumer safety testing and does not contain latex or BPA (Bisphenol A).
• Can I use ZQuiet with Dentures?
• No. Do not use ZQuiet if you have full dentures.
• Will there be any jaw soreness?
• The average person requires an adjustment period of a few hours to a few weeks to reach maximum comfort. During this period you may feel some discomfort, but this should disappear shortly after removing the Zquiet mouthpiece. Moving the jaw forward is what causes the snoring to stop; and this movement requires some initial conditioning of your jaw muscles.
• How do I clean my ZQuiet?
• You may clean your ZQuiet device in warm water with mild dish soap. For best results, use a toothbrush; however, do not use toothpaste, as it tends to discolor and alter the surface of the device. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap prior to storage.
  
  For even better cleaning, you can use the Sonicbrite portable Ultrasonic cleaning system to maintain oral health and prolong the life of your anti-snoring mouthpiece.
• How do I store my ZQuiet?
• The golden rule is that you store your clean ZQuiet in the supplied case. This ensures that it will retain its shape and also will prevent accidental damage.
